Oke Baji's Terms & Conditions

By using the Oke Baji platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the Oke Baji website, mobile app, and all related services.

Oke Baji is an internationally licensed online betting platform. We offer cricket, football, Live Casino, lottery, and e-sports betting services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using Oke Baji's services. Continued use of the platform will be taken as your acceptance of all terms.

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use Oke Baji's services:

• You must be at least 18 years Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or placing bets.
• Each individual is only allowed One Account You may manage one account only. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• At the time of registration Accurate & Genuine Information is mandatory — full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested during account verification.
• You must not be a resident of any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

Oke Baji reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason and is under no obligation to explain the approval or rejection of any account.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Oke Baji:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket।
• Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours; however, pending verification may cause delays.
• Oke Baji may place a hold on withdrawals or conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious transactions.

If money laundering or any illegal financial activity is suspected, Oke Baji is obligated to notify the relevant authorities. In such cases, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Oke Baji regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. The following conditions apply to all bonus claims and usage:

• Each bonus has its own specific Wagering Requirement Yes — a specific wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally equal to the bonus amount multiplied by 10–20x।
• Each bonus offer has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• If multiple bonuses are active on your account at the same time, the oldest bonus will be used first.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• Oke Baji reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

To qualify for the referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuine new user and must complete the required deposit and betting amount. The referral bonus does not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or device.

The following rules are mandatory for all users while betting on Oke Baji:

• Once a bet has been placed, it Final — Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once an event has started.
• Maximum bet limits may differ between pre-match betting and Live Betting.
• Oke Baji reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were erroneous or abnormal.
• Bets will be voided and stakes returned in any case of match fixing or fraudulent activity.
• Oke Baji is not liable for any bet processing failures caused by technical issues.
• Terms for parlay or accumulator bets may differ from those for single bets.

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is placed are final. If odds shift due to network delays, Oke Baji will confirm the bet at the updated odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Oke Baji. Any violation will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's information.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated method.
• Attempting to exploit odds errors or system glitches for financial gain.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
• Conducting activities harmful to the Oke Baji platform.

Oke Baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Identity verification not completed.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Court orders or legal obligations.

For inactive accounts with no transactions for 12 months, a ৳100 inactivity fee may be charged each month. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.
• All data is secured with SSL 256-bit encryption.
• Oke Baji will never know or ask for your account password.

Oke Baji places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not an addiction. To support this, we provide users with the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given period.
• Session Limits: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Pause your betting activity for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take an extended break from betting.

• Complex cases may require 7–14 business days to investigate.
• The final decision of Oke Baji's authorities is binding on all parties.
• Oke Baji reserves the right to void any transaction resulting from a technical error or misleading information.

Oke Baji reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:

• Notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform prior to any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after a notice has been issued will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Minor updates (spelling corrections, language clarifications) may be made without prior notice.
